ABOUT JEFF SCHIEFELBEIN
Jeff Schiefelbein has held executive roles in multiple companies and strives each day to truly live the YCP mission by “Working in Witness for Christ.” Each year Jeff inspires thousands through his motivational speaking and lecturing activities and has successfully built many cultures focused on integrity, respect, and servant leadership.

Currently, Jeff serves as the Chief Culture Officer and Founding Partner in an energy services firm called 5. Prior to the creation of 5, Jeff served as the Vice President of sales for First Choice Power where he was the youngest member of the executive leadership team. As a result of several creative initiatives within the sales division, Jeff’s team achieved record-setting growth that ultimately contributed to the sale of First Choice Power in 2011.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University with a focus on entrepreneurship. During college, Jeff turned a big mistake into a major positive by creating CARPOOL, the nation’s largest college safe-ride program to reduce drunk driving. In 15 years of operations, CARPOOL has provided over 230,000 free, safe, and nonjudgmental rides to students in need while expanding to dozens of other schools around the country. For his work on CARPOOL, Jeff was featured on ABC’s Volunteers Across America and has won numerous awards, including the National Daily Point of Light Award and the Texas Governor’s Volunteer Service Award.

In addition to his current duties at 5, Jeff is a member of the YCP National Board and a guest lecturer for several classes at Texas A&M. Jeff and his wife Amanda have a daughter named Lorelei and another named Emilia. They live in Dallas, Texas and they are active members of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
